Can't believe I reached that point. I hated running, and 1 mn of cardio used to make me faint (and I wasn't unfit, just hated running). I decided to "assess" the effect of running on my legs and I am pleased. Mostly proud of the achievement of course, but that's the Cherry on the top!

Wow, I hope the running has the same effect on my legs. It must be satisfying once you can see the results, gives you the impetus to keep going I imagine.
I was just saying yesterday that I can’t believe just eight weeks ago I struggled with ninety seconds of jogging. Now I’m about to do W7R1 (it’s taken me a bit longer to get here as I had to repeat a couple of weeks - but hey ho I’m in no rush...).
But the other big plus is just how good this forum is. I was a bit dubious about joining it but this is brilliant! So positive and supportive. Thanks everyone.
Indeed! I wasn't sure I'd complete the programme, but I found it impossible not to follow. And a bit longer doesn't matter. It's keeping moving that counts! And everyone on the forum is so supportive; what a lovely community!
Thank you!! The fat on my legs that is reducing. If possible, I think it's great to add toning legs exercises to tone up. Just starting that again and it's making a difference fast!
