I just ran my first run of week 6 and I honestly NEVER thought I would write this, as in my 23 years I have always HATED running, but I actually really enjoyed the run, not even just the feeling of satisfaction afterwards. If you’re starting the plan, honestly you can do it, just listen to Sarah Millican’s voice and it will all be ok! 😂
