A few weeks ago i posted complaining of shin Splints but after adjusting my running style and using stretching exercises they seem to have gone bar the odd niggle.
I begin Week 7 Run 1 this week !
I found the last Run of Week 6 very difficult though....25 min non stop running in this recent humid weather....killer !😢

Nice one, and congrats on your progress. Those aches and pains do ease as you work through the programme, although I still get the odd twinge now and then. You’re right about the weather - it's horrible, but think how speedy you'll be when it cools down a bit 😀🏃🏻♂️
