This morning I ran W8R3, can’t believe I’m on the home straight. Was a good run and covered 3.6k.
The first run of week nine will be my first ParkRun on Saturday morning. I intend to do the program run to start with and then just keep going if I feel like it, or walk for a little and run the end, will see how I feel in the day. If I end up just walking the rest after the 30 minutes then that’s fine, if I can run some more of it then fantastic.
