Just done w4r1 and feel great. I always find the first run section of any run the hardest and then am fine after that ( once my legs have got going). Looking forward to getting out there again π. This programme and app is great ππ

Well done. I find exactly the same!!
Good job. Makes sense the first is hardest... our systems werenβt waking up at all a few weeks ago. Body has to get into carb burning mode and later fat burning. Not surprisingly the couch has meant that these systems donβt spring into life, theyβre slow and lethargic. They also trail behind as theyβre not called on so early. Theyβll all be improved by graduation.
That first session is always a killer, isn't it? Well done on getting another run in the bag.
