Well, second attempt at this one, at a snail’s starting pace, proved much more manageable. Finished with a ‘sprint’ 😂, well... it was for me! .3km shorter distance but it meant that I didn’t have to walk for 3 minutes 3/4 of the way through. Roll on Friday 8:2.

Well done Medsec77 in completing run 1 of week 8 at as you say "at snail's pace" so what if you repeated it, at least you ran it. I know you will enjoy running again for 28 minutes the second time on Friday

Excellent. Well done for keeping at it. It is good to have snail's pace in your running repertoire. It has kept me going after taking on a hill over enthusiastically. A sprint finish means you still had some in the tank. 🏃🏼🏃🏼
