Oops! Jumped a run.

I am on week 6 and somehow managed to jump straight to run 2 missing out run 1. So when I did my run today I decided to do run 1 so as not to miss it. But not sure what to do next as the ‘progression’ has been ruined by my mix up. Having only run 8 minute chunks today I shall have to do the 25 minute run next instead of easing into it slightly more with run 2. Thinking perhaps I should repeat run 2 next and then on to run 3. Has anyone else done this and how did you deal with it?

I’d repeat run two after hitting run one, but if they’re different that’s gonna be damn confusing!

Do run 1, the run 2 again and carry on:)

I did similar, I managed to skip run 2 on week 5 (I think) so that week I did run 1 run 3 then run 2! It was as fine - I made it to the end without walking.

I say you have done all the runs leading to run 3 so you are fit enough for run 3.
