Like most things it gets easier with practice, unless you don’t want it to, then you can add speed or distance.

Rest days are important, as you become more experienced and conditioned you can start to remove them, but generally keep one or two a week.

Maybe try varying the runs a little to motivate?

It’s harder when there’s a free schedule... I used to struggle in school holidays to maintain. Maybe planning the week and having your phone tell you it’s time to move will help?

I put my alarm on every morning when I intend to run but just turn it of and go back to sleep 💤 need to get my mind back into I’ve lost 3 stone I’m afraid it will all go back on if I don’t keep my running up

Ah... then try putting your phone where you have to get out of bed to shut it up, that works for me!

Also you could get three pebbles and put them next to that phone, so you get up, see three stones, and as you’re up you may as well stay up and get ready to keep them at bay.

A good incentive to keeping the weight off. A good visual reminder of how far you have come, you wouldn’t want to walk backwards think forward. Set another goal to keep you going.

Yeah always have the rest day, and yes it does

If you go slow and steady you can keep going. You have a breather and push on as you need to. Just slowing things down improves everything

Choose different routes to bring variety to your running

Always have the rest day. Your body needs it. In terms of motivation - do you want to run YES. Do you want to have to start C25k again from the beginning, all that hard work, all that absolute 3 runs a week, all that pain NO Whats the phrase? JFDI - just Flippin do it
