So I’m starting W1R1 again today!! This will be the 4th time I start. I get through a week then I seem to lose all motivation!

Please tell me others are like me and that I will crack it eventually!??

You’ll be fine. Keep going and you’ll smash it. I’ve read loads of stories on here of people who feel similar but then feel so much better once they have got out there and done it . Good luck 😁

Some people enjoy running, some don't, and some start off hating and end up loving it.

If you are not enjoying the sessions at present, think about what motivated you to start. Are any of the reasons sufficiently important to you to provide continued motivation? You could try visualising yourself having achieved the result that you want from this programme.

You could also promise to give yourself a little reward for each week that you finish.

Think why you started it. What do you want from it 🤷‍♀️ You have to put yourself out a bit if you want to be fit and healthy. No such thing as a free lunch 😃. As adults we can do this stuff. we just have to move outside our comfort zone sometimes. You’ll be glad you did 💪😃👍

Slow and steady is all that’s required. No hurry, no need to push things at all 🙂
