I’ve just ran week 3 run 3, but worryingly I’ve got slower each run in week 3, and as a result I’m a bit worried about starting week 4.
The programme recommends a days rest in between, but after getting injured when I got to this point a couple of months ago I decided to take it a little slower when I started again, giving my body more time to rest, 3 or 4 days rest between runs.
If I carry on with this rest routine will I struggle in later weeks?

I think it's actually a good thing you've got slower! It means you are possibly finding a speed and rhythm your body is more comfortable with. I've just finished W7 about ten mins ago and it's definitely not about winning any speed records! I think I can walk quicker than my jogging pace 😁
I've been slightly erratic with the gaps between running sessions, depending on other commitments, sometimes I go one day between runs, sometimes three but it hasn't had a detrimental effect that I can tell.
As the other posts have advised, don't worry about being slow, it's about building strength and stamina not being first across the line. Good luck!
