Decided to do my run in the rain this morning and felt like my best run yet. My legs and breathing settled quickly and I felt good. I got carried away listening to my music that I for got to turn back half way so had to walk back 2.8 miles after my run ๐Ÿ˜. Let's hope it's finally clicked.

Thatโ€™s a very good cool down! Well done for not running any of it, and congrats on the run.

Certainly sounds like it has clicked! Well done you! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

I yearn to run in the cool rain. Iโ€™m away currently and itโ€™s baking, even though Iโ€™ve been going out at 6am. Yes, 6am whilst on holiday. What????! ๐Ÿ˜…

Keep enjoying yourself! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thank you. I was dreading it because run3 W6 I struggled to do the 25 minutes because it was warm. Very dedicated to be out running at 6am ๐Ÿ‘ hopefully when you get back you'll get some rain.
