I’ve just completed Week 4 Run 3 yesterday and have a ridiculously busy week this week.
I only have the opportunity to run on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. (Seriously, I’ve absolutely no time outside these days).
Question is, do I do all this week’s runs on those three days (with no rest day between Thursday and Friday) or do I do Run 3 of Week 5 next Tuesday (I’m still busy on Monday!)

I’d personally go with the latter and do the third run on the Tuesday, your muscles need time to heal/recuperate after each run you could do untold damage running on consecutive days which could put you out of running for a while. Your rest days are just as important as your run days. Just because it says week .... it doesn’t mean you actually have to do them within a week you fit the plan around your lifestyle Hun. X
Hi, I have just completed week 5 and personally I would allow for rest in between run 2 and 3. Run 3 is a 20 minute run which is a bit of a killer compared to the shorter runs we've done. Everyone is different but after run 3 I ached like I did after week 1 run 1!
