I've graduated!

So happy, such a personal achievement to run 30 minutes! Last run was hard, thought would be easier but was warm also. Hubby decided to run with me (a non runner) who made it look easy but also helped me round and get to the end, and then was there for a hug to congratulate!! Felt good! Keep going to those finding it tough, that's my aim now for it to get easier and run a little further!
