Hi all just done my second run and feel good. My hip joints are a little achey from the brisk walk and run from my first day but it shows that it’s working. Hope it’s ok to keep posting after each run but it’s keeping me motivated

Well done! I found this happened to me when I started for the first couple of weeks. I’m now on week 6 and find I recover well on the rest day so it will get better

You will find aches all over the place when you first start but that is normal. If you get real pain , stop running and take medical advice. A post on every run is great and if you can take and include a photo it will show where you run etc. Enjoy the programme, it really works.
