Very pleased with myself to have completed week 3 but have just looked at week 4! The three minute runs are a real struggle and I am wondering if I should repeat week 3 before moving to 4. Any thoughts on this?

No, there’s no need to repeat what you’ve already successfully completed. You’ll surprise yourself: don’t fret about how the run looks on paper, just run it. The first three weeks have prepared you for it.

I have worried whenever the run time went up but have stuck with the plan. Every week feeling I could never complete the next. I have just finished week 5 which ended in a 20 minute run. I managed it but when I started the run I was very doubtful. You feel great after you succeed in each step up. Having said that, I think it would be better to repeat a week rather than get too anxious. You can do it.

Ronhill Women's Vizion Wind Lite Jacket...I have that for Autumn Winter use...It has a slightly warmer collar.. and this one for all other times;

Ronhill Women's Wmn's Stride Windspeed Jacket..

I have never had an issue with sweating, and they are good enough for a shower.. not a down pour!

This is how I am feeling as just completed week 3 and looking at week 4 with a 5 minute run and wondering how on earth I am going to make it.

I was dreading week four but I’ve just done week4 run 1 and really surprised myself! Managed it and actually feel fine! You can do it! X

If you completed the previous week’s runs successfully you don’t need to repeat them.

At the start of every week I’ve said ‘oh no, I only just managed to run for x minutes this week, there’s no way I can run for y minutes!’ - but I have run for y minutes and felt really good afterwards!

It isn’t easy, and it shouldn’t be easy, but it’s do-able. I think you’ll surprise yourself.

Take it steady, and just keep going - you can do it 😉
