I doing the last day of week 6 tomorrow but not sure if I should had gym yesterday with a personal training and today I feel ill I had salad yesterday for dinner and I don’t think my tummy like it should I postpone the run

I’d see how you feel at run time. Gym training should help if anything, but sickness is something else. Personally I’d run if I could, as I’m likely to defer day after day if I give myself the chance. Maybe start slow and step up if you get in the zone and if it makes you worse, abort.
