Have to say I’m feeling quite scared, the last two runs of week 8 were a struggle....yes I did it.... but struggled, I really want to nail this and trying to stay positive but I’m not looking forward to it and I should be!!!!! I’m scared my lungs will just burst 😂😂😂

You know you can do it. You have ran non stop for 28 minutes now. What is another 120 seconds?

Nice and slow for 3 more times then go get that graduate badge!!

You will be fine. By your next run, your body will have strengthened and moved forward. You're doing brilliantly. Have faith :)

I am at the same stage. We can do this. Stay positive and good luck. 👌

Just think about how far you've come already. All that effort and challenge meeting means you're ready for this and deserving of your graduate badge.

I repeated week 8 .... was terrified of not making week 9 AND I was scared of losing Laura!! It helped me mentally prepare for the end of the program and gave me confidence knowing I would be able to enjoy week 9.

Good luck and remember..its got to be fun else you will not run after the program...

If your lungs feel like that you are going too fast. Go really slow and relaxed and you will feel better. 😃
