I was really motivated to run yesterday and start week 4.
I decided to try a late evening run in the hotel gym after a long day of work and a dinner.
It was much better than I thought!
My attitude was that the worst thing that can happen is that I have to stop because of the food/digestion or being too tired.
I completed it by being prudent and running a little bit slower than usual (9km/hr vs 9.5-10km/h)
