Final run done today cannot believe I have done this !

Feeling good onto the next did run full 5k but nearly as 4 km varies every tine I run with a walk either side of run !thanks for everyone’s support and advice x🎉🍺

Yes I will enjoyed the getting out exercising I am looking at doing local park run 🏃‍♀️ plus try 5K 210k 😊

I'm planning on doing b210k too. I'm just waiting for some milder weather first. I went out this morning and it was 30 Celcius here at 7am, that's to hot for me to push for longer distances.
