Welcome...

Check out the post for newbies..from IannodaTruffe How to run C25K..

And..we do advise leaving park runs until a lot further on in the plan...

Slow...steady...and keep posting😊

Welcome Gemma. The programme is very well designed and there’s loads of support here. Take it one step at a time.

Hi Gemma, you have ‘started somewhere’- you’ve joined C25K! 🙂 Just follow the programme and you’ll be surprised how far you get 😊

Just because you’ve signed up to Parkrun doesn’t mean you need to get out there straight away. Take your time on C25K and maybe try Parkrun when you feel it’s right for you. The mantra here is ‘slow and steady’ and that’s for a reason. 😀 We’re all behind you cheering you on - don’t be afraid to ask for advice or support if you need it. 🙂

Best of luck to you 🤞👍
