Had to back track a bit and repeat week 6 and 7 because of holiday and the heat but just done week 8 run 1 and it was great. Even tackled the hill at the end of the run which I usually avoid by making the flatter part of the run last longer. A few months ago I couldn’t walk up that hill without getting out of puff. Today I ran up. It was tough but a great sense of achievement at the end. Onwards and upwards!
