It just gets better and better 😊I felt exactly the same and never thought I could manage the 3 mins in week 3 but I’m on week 4 and ran 5 mins... still amazing myself.

Amazing isn’t it? I used to loathe running and would make excuses (legs too short, too old, a ‘y’ in the day ..... whatever!)
You are now a runner. You’ll soon start to bore your friends, you’ll check out running gear, you’ll think of nothing but your next run, you scope out expensive running watches and wonder if you can justify it ..... (me.)
But most of all you’ll feel amazing, fit, your shape will change, all the good stuff which you’ll wish you did years ago!
