I’m just going into week 5 (and properly addicted 😁) but r3 says 5min warm up then run for 20 then 5min warm down. Is that right- that seems a big jump from w5r1 & 2?

Yes it’s right alright, and you’ll be totally fine. It’s a biggie but your body will be ready for it. I did it on Friday and it felt amazing afterwards. 😀
Just remember slow and steady. Any discomfort, slower and steadier!

Thanks both - I’m definitely up for it - I seem okay do long as there aren’t any unlined in my route. I just thought maybe it was a glitch with the app with the jump and it seems to have worked so well building up my stamina that I didn’t want to jinx things. Ooh, actually looking forward to it. How odd!
I just completed it this morning, I never thought for a second that I could do it but I just went at my own pace slow and steady. you can do it 🏃♀️
