Hello 👋

Lucky you! Fab programme this is 👍. There is a guide to the program which will answer most of your questions It will be on a sticky to the right of the screen.

Your chosen podcaster will tell you all you need to know and when to do it

The best tip - and you would be wise to follow it for the duration of the program - is to go SLOWLY No pressure, no hurry 🙂

Relax and have fun 👍

Take it slow and steady, it's not a race. Work on speed/distance once you can run 30 Mins comfortably.

Stick with it and don't give up. Repeat runs if you have to.

Recovery days are as important as running days.

Buy some proper running shoes!

Hi skala, well done for giving it a go, definitely get some decent running shoes if you can, don't start too fast, and if you can't breathe, slow down! The program works and there's loads of advice on here, good luck and enjoy it!

Welcome Skala00!! Glad you downloaded the app and joined the forum. It’s quite an adventure and we’ve all been there too. So you’re never alone if you need any advice. You’ll have plenty of cheerleaders and words of support. All you have to do now is get out there and the journey begins. You can do it! Best wishes for a great start! ❤️
