Just got back from my graduation run and the feeling is just fantastic. 5.1k, average of 7.08 per km. Thank you Sarah Millican for keeping me company and to this community for the inspiring stories and encouraging comments. Now to step out into the post grad world! Planning first run for Monday, another mid week then Lincoln Park Run next Saturday. Next goal to break the 5k in 30 mins barrier. Any advice please on the best way to do it?

Well Done Sandie! 🎉🍾 I live in Lincolnshire too. Enjoy your Lincoln 🏃♀️ Run. Maybe I’ll join you there after I graduate 👨🎓 I’ve a way to go yet but this program clearly works and I’m sticking to it!
