Repeating week 6 was definitely the right decision, I have never run before, I’m over weight with a dodgy knee, but running w6r2 again yesterday was much more comfortable than last week (and I never thought I’d get this far). Don’t be afraid to repeat a week if it’s a struggle, I have a feeling I might be repeating more before the end, it’s the not giving up that counts. 🏃♀️😃🏃♀️
