After struggling with w6, w7 is not going much better! Went out early this morning and less than 5mins into the run I tripped and crashed out. Got various cuts and bruises and a swollen knee. Think I need to leave it until Monday and then have another go at w6 and try to get back on track.

Oh no!! Take it easy!! Have a soak in and Epsom salt bath and rub some arnica cream or gel into the bruises bits

Hope it’s better soon

Poor you! I didn’t much like week 6 either and had a foot problem too so took a week off then, to return on a positive note, I resumed on week 5 as i knew I could do that! Take time to recover fully then I’m sure you’ll soon soon be back on track (just maybe not such a bumpy one!!). Week done so far.

Don't know what it is with w6! I was on such a high after completing the 20min run on week 5 and then w6 almost defeated me!

Hope you’re ok. Have an easy weekend and remember to take it slowly when you next run 🤕

So sorry you’re hurt. Take care of yourself and easy back in gently I’d say.

I’m a little concerned about the bogey Week 6. I’ve heard so many not-so-great stories about it, and I’m due to start it on Monday. 😩

Hope you’re back running soon. 😀

I think that if I'm honest I approached it in the wrong frame of mind. I was so hyped about the 20min run at the end of w5 that w6 seemed a bit of a backward step. Just go into it with a positive mindset and you will be fine. Good luck.

Thank you. Hopefully, now I’m expecting the worst, I’ll be ok - we’ll see! First got to do the big 20 minuter on Friday though! 😅
