Mine used to crash all the time because I hadn't updated it for a while, it's fine now. Hope you sort something out 😊

I've used the NHS Choices C25K app (alongside the Play Music app) and never had a problem with it. Using it on a Galaxy S4.

The podcasts are definitely the best option

Although unless you are tonedeaf you might want to try a podcast that isn't this one. The music may make you throw yourself under a bus.
