Well what can I say. I did it and whilst it still isn't my favourite thing to be doing I'm really pleased to have got to a point where I can run for 30mins without imploding. I'd like to thank my girlfriend, the proclaimers, maroon 5, the scissor sisters and this forum for getting me here.
