I haven’t run for 10 days.
I woke up one morning and the ball of my foot / big toe has been incredibly painful, I have been taking paracetamol & limping.
It’s starting to ease up but I’m really missing the hogs 😩
Really hope I can get out soon - highly doubt I can jog for 5k thou 🙄

Sounds like gout attack to me. 10 days? You've not seen a doctor?

Nope not seen a Dr! I thought it was just pulled & would be better after a few days..... after day 7 it’s become less painful so I’m hoping it’s nearly fixed!!
