Just a quickie first thing in the morning ...(!) is there a good app or something on strava that can time you or measure your distance and alert you as you go? Don’t really want to mess around with stopwatch and strava after warm up. Doing consolidation runs, but the time is right to say goodbye to Jo Wiley. Thanks peeps 😊🏃🏻‍♀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Most of the tracking apps will give time or distance notifications, or both, so all you have to do is press the start button.

Runkeeper can be set to yell out how far you’ve been running, not sure if it can do how long as well.

I use Track Runner. You don’t need your data switched on and can use some of their interval routines and set your own. I think it’s just available for Windows and Android. Here’s a wee link to a useful web page. alternativeto.net/software/...
