As usual up nice and early this morning (6 am) to do run 2 of week 9, just one more until graduation!! Thanks for all the words of encouragement on my stop start journey to this point, it has been greatly appreciated!!! Will hopefully graduate on Saturday then on to the next stage in my attempt to get fit! Everyone carry on the good work and don't forget "SLOW AND STEADY" you know it makes sense!!
