Here we go again.

I graduated on the 22nd December, and then carried on steadily increasing distance and time until mid February when I slipped on some wet slate and jiggered my knee.

In late March, whilst still on the IC, I started to suffer from high blood pressure and what can only be described as mild palpitations. After months of doctor appointments and hospital tests, all with no conclusion, I thought "sod it" and started Couch to 5K again last night - W1R1.

I took it very gently and despite feeling a bit demoralised starting from scratch again, I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next 9 weeks.

I am aware that some people will "tut tut" me for running with no diagnosis, but I had none of these symptoms when I was running, and I think some of my problems were stress related, and running helps me to relax.

Here's hoping these aren't my final words lol.

Good luck Ian. I have just picked up a week 7 injury which could possibly set me back almost to the start. Damn unlucky. All the best.
