Week 9 run 2 completed tonight. Have been running in mornings but went for it tonight - temperature pleasant. Ignored the demons to battle through first 10minutes and settled in to get it done. Graduation run thursday morning all going well.

Pushing On
consolidation runs I decided to Push On this morning. Perfect weather 12 degrees first thing....
Struggling back after bronchitis - has pushed me close to throwing in the towel but dogged determination beginning to finally pay off.
