Thanks Oldfloss. This run will keep me going for weeks now πŸ˜‰I still can’t believe I’ve got this far with my running in such a relatively short time. The programme and your help is just AWESOME 😎 Thank You 😊

As long as you stay safe with your moving on, it is absolutely fine...:)

You will be amazed at how far, gentle slow and steady running will take you; for me 7K was my target for a while... and seemed to elude me until... one day.. it just happened.. and like you, I had the incredible support, as I still have, from folk on the forum ... and the terrific advice from the really seasoned Graduates too .

Have a great day :)

I’d highly recommend it Flip if you find yourself looking for structure after graduation. I consolidated for a couple of weeks, managed 5k and have now moved on to ju-ju’s plan. Enjoy your running πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Taking a few extra weeks before the 10k plan is not a bad idea. Slow and steady in building distance or speed is much the safer option.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the advice Millsie-J - I’ll be sticking to this route or shorter over the next few weeks, to be sure!! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜€πŸ˜‰πŸ‘
