Just completed W2 again after injury. Think I’ll stay on W2 for another week as hamstring feeling a bit tight. Anyone got suggestions for loosening it up a bit

Not sure entirely but foam rollers seem to be all the rage at the moment. Certainly helped me with shin pain 👌🏽 Weird how they work!
