Did my wk5r1 in blazing heat. As I already have to get up at 6.30 most of the time for work I needed a bit of a lie in today.

Just about managed all three runs but was longing to hear Laura's reassuring voice telling me I was sixty seconds from the end.

On the plus side I'm confidently running along the pavement. Past people. Wearing shorts!

I think I'm more red faced and sweaty than I've ever been!!

Well done! I did the same run today, but at 10.30am to avoid the heat. I’m not sure I’d have succeeded any later!

Isn’t this running malarkey fun? 😀
