Good morning!
Havent been on for a little while because life has been hectic, but I've reached week 5 and had my first morning run to try and beat the heat. 3 x 5 minute runs and all in all it wasnt bad, the final minute was hard however I think that was a psychological thing as I reached a point where I thought I'd finish but ended up there quicker than anticipated and had another minute to go, but felt my body relax as if it had stopped, making the final minute much harder. Never mind, I know where I need to aim for next.
I shall also be doing my first park run this Saturday! Talking with boyfriend/personal trainer about ways to split up the run, as I've decided for the first one not to include it in my C25k runs and add it as an extra one. Im a mix of excitement and nerves for it!
