This heat is not motivating and after some muscle aches in week 5 I’ve taken week 6 steady. I absolutely hated run 1 of this week and it’s made me cautious about the other 2 but I’ve done them and am amazed that I did the 25 minutes of run 3! Even if slow . So I enter wk 7 which I also can’t believe and see how it goes . If this heat continues 10pm is the only time I can face it though!!!!!

Either late or early runs are the thing right now...
Now the runs are getting longer have you upped your rest day exercise at all ?
Stamina and strength need building along with those legs...
Plenty of stretching too!
You are doing well... just take it gently, relax into the runs and let the new running legs begin to find their happy pace
