After graduating, I haven't run for a while. I had a holiday, and then came down with a nasty cough which made breathing interesting! I've tried a couple of times but only managed ten minutes of running.
Anyway, tonight I gave it a go, and I managed the 30, for the first time in two weeks, so I'm chuffed! When I got home and looked at Strava, I found that I'd actually run 30 seconds a km quicker than before, and even got a sub 7 minute km in there too, which I was shocked at, esepcially in this heat! (Though I did run at 8 o'clock in the evening.) So happy to still have it!
