Up at a larks fart this morning to do run 2. I was out at 06:45 but it was still hot. Struggled this week with my calves....really ouchy today but plugged on and got it done. I do Pilates and stretch regularly but they still hurt. Hope this settles as today was horrible. Didnt get three runs in this week so still one left to complete week 2. Better than I thought though.

Well done on the run. Try some heel drops and using a foam roller - have a search if those words are meaningless, my powers of description aren’t great!
