Well finally downloaded the newer version of couch25k, so created my own playlist and had a change from Laura and had Jo for company today. Music on shuffle, started with All i need is a miracle by mike and the mechanics and ended with rick Astley’s Angels on my side..... made me laugh and sprinted last minute. Started with an audience, who hadnt moved when I returned back lol ps that hill feels like a mountain, it looks flat on the photo!!!

The one I was using was I think from 2012, and was just Laura and set music. The one I downloaded yesterday has choice of coach and plays alongside your own playlist. Just shows how long it’s taken me to do it lol !
