Out first thing this morning while it's slightly cooler to do w6r2. After yesterday w6r1 I was a bit apprehensive as to how I would manage the ten minute runs but came to the conclusion it's more mentally challenging than physical. Having a day's rest tomorrow before tackling the 25 minute run on Sunday. Still inhaling and exhaling through the mouth - ( have tried and failed breathing through nose ) don't know if that makes any difference when running ?
