I can't believe I finally bagged w9r3. I'm on holiday in Southwold so had a lovely run beside the beach. Disturbed a few bunnies, who ran off faster than my initial staggering. Didn't get to finish on the pier as it was too early (doh!) but will be going for another run later with my sister when she arrives as she's on week 4 (I must be loopy). So I plan to get a photo of the 2 of us on the pier later.
I'm so happy I did this. It's a fantastic programme, even if it seems crazily ambitious around week 5 and the forum is so supportive. I am definitely in the still working towards 5K category of graduate, so I hope it's ok to still post.
Looking forward to a big celebratory breakfast.
Enjoy your runs everyone

Huge congratulations jeffbird and a big well done!! Enjoy that breakfast, well deserved. Most definitely stay on the forum and post about your post grad runs. You might want to consider ju-ju's 10k in the future over on the bridge to 10k site. Once again congratulations on your success
Thanks Lorijay, I'll aim for 5K first and see how I go after that. I've already joined the Bridge to 10K site though in a moment of possibly over ambitious enthusiasm π
Thanks cheeky chipmunks! Follow the programme , take it slow and steady and keep hydrated in this heat and you'll be graduating before you know it π
