Well I managed to complete a steady 5.5mph covered 2.3 miles in the 25 mins I’m really pleased with that in a 6week spell not a sprinter but never thought I’d ever do 25 mins in a constant run . Not losing weight. But think that’s dis I love food too much but I didn’t do this to lose weight did it to get fitter and I feel I’m getting there . May have shed a litre in sweat though 😁👍
