I did it this morning - somehow - but I do wonder about this S-L-O-W jogging and its effect on my knees?
No problems at the moment but I am wary
Anyway off to a nice Vinyasa yoga class - at least something I am confident doing!

I'm pretty slow and have dodgy knees, but so far (week 8) no I’ll effects 😀
I’m at least 5 stone over weight and I wouldn’t say I Run it’s more of a plod lol. I don’t know what it is in mph but on Strava I ‘run’ at approx a 17 - 17.10 minute mile. I’m 4”11 my hubby is 6ft and he walks with me. I think it’s more about building up the amount of time your actually running than the speed especially to start with then the speed will come later. X
Land lightly. It takes practice but you will get lots of it in the weeks ahead 😉
Generally speaking, running is good for your knees. Assuming there's nothing seriously wrong with them. The secret is to keep it slow and build up gradually. Which is what you're doing.
Running slower reduces the impact stresses on your knees.
