First run of week 3, a little apprehensive at having to run 3 mins in one go, but, surprisingly it wasn’t too bad, even found myself getting into a reasonably comfortable rhythm! Maybe it was a fluke 😐 .....time will tell 👍🏻

Not a fluke. (a) you are getting fitter and better running and (b) the programme has just the right stretch to get you progressing more. Well done, enjoy the next one.

I started C25k a while ago but have only managed to get to week 3 run 1. I haven't done it yet but...
