WK3 Done but confused

Hi,

I've just completed my third week, and although I have run for longer I seemed to be able to cover more distance in the second week, I've kept to the same route pretty much so I know where I've been getting too. Any ideas on where I could be going wrong? I am finding I am recovering quicker so something must be working right.

Cheers

The interval training in the first weeks is all about building your muscles and improving your cardio-vascular health. But much of it is also about training your mind to know that it can do this running thing.

We all go through weeks when it doesn't seem so productive, which is why we also have this forum to encourage each other.

Just stick with the program, and it will all come right. If I can do it, so can you.

Cheers, I am going to try a different route tonight to try an freshen the run and see if that helps, but I'm not giving up just yet.
