just realized that week 5 and 6 are not the same runs on my app for runs 1 2 and 3
and another app i looked at said you can choose one of the three to do each week
so not sur how to proceed next week help please

ooh now when I got this far previously If I recall correctly Laura explains in W5R1 that the next run is W5R2 then W5R3 (sorry if that sounds a bit odd putting it so simply) as for W6 I never made it beyond W5R3 the 20 mins run and look forward to seeing the replies you'll get here

i can see that week 6 and 7 are a big step up
like walking up my local mountain Pen y fan which i have done many times then last year did Snowdon and 2 other peaks close to Snowdon last may
which was a bit of a shock to the system but i did it but want to go back again this summer and maybe be able to see something
as last year weather was abysmal horizontal rain and hail and fog
But at least did not have to look at any sheer drops
So, I followed the podcasts and the runs aren't the same for each of the 3 times for the next few weeks. So you do R1, then R2, then R3. You don't need to do R1 3 times, R2 3 times etc. Does that make sense? It does in my head...xx
