I'm one run away from saying goodbye to the intervals, and it can't come quick enough. It takes me roughly 4 minutes to find a comfortable stride, before then it feels awkward and clumsy. But after all the posts about the wall of w6r1 maybe I should just be grateful that it was my only problem. π
